Shipping Policy

We ship orders to most regions worldwide.
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time is an estimate and not guaranteed, which may be affected by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier delays or other unexpected factors.

We are not responsible for import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees incurred in your destination country. These charges shall be borne by the buyer.

Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you a tracking number. You can track your package online via the provided tracking link. If the tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local courier first and then reach out to our customer service.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for abnormal address information, repeated suspicious orders or other risky situations.
